A walk of 12 miles and 1,600 feet taking in Bolton Abbey, Waterfall Bridge, Storiths, Gill Bank, Hazlewood Moor, Rom Shore Head, Lord's Seat, Simon's Seat, Flask Brow, Asick Bottom, and the River Wharfe via the Strid, to Bolton Abbey.

A walk of 7.5 miles and 1,500 feet taking in Bolton Abbey, Middle Hare Head, Hare Head Side, Barden Beck Bridge, Strid Cottage, and the River Wharfe via the Strid, to Bolton Abbey.
