A circular walk of 13 miles taking in Orrell Water Park, Billinge Hill, Carr Mill Dam, Moss Bank, Berrington's Lane, Rainford Linear Path, and returning via Langwood lane and the Promised Land to Orrell Water Park.
Lymm
A circular walk of 9 miles taking in Lymm Dam, Church Green, Lymm Hall, Bridgewater Canal Towpath, Dunham Woodhouses, Heatley, Outhtrington and Lymm Dam.
Irlam
A circular walk of 6.5 miles taking in Princes Park, Fairhills Road, Irlam Linear WalkWay, Astley Road, Worsley View Farm, Hephzibah Farm, M62, Barton Grange, Beech Ave, Irlam Community Woodland, The Boat House (Pub), Course of the original River Irwell and returning to Cadishead Leisure Centre (100 feet and no styles).
