Bookings take place on the Thursday prior to each walk at the Conservative Club, Railway Road at 7.30 to 9.00 pm.

On the Sunday of the walk the coaches leave St. Mary's Church (next to Leigh Library at 8.15 am prompt).

The annual subscription fees are due in January and are currently £15.00.

The coach fee for each trip is £10.00 payable on the Thursday before each walk when booking on for the following Sunday.
